The Outpatient Surgery Centers were designed to meet or exceed all of the patient safety requirements, and were further designed to decrease the possibility of infections. Additionally, combining individually oriented patient care, new procedures, and fast acting anesthetics, recovery time is hastened.

Our specialties include Orthopedic Surgery, Pain Management, General Surgery, ENT, Plastic Surgery, Podiatric Surgery, Neurosurgery, Otorhinolaryngology, Gynecology and Gastroenterology. We accept most major insurances and hours of operation are 6:30am to 5:00pm.

The Company currently has ownership interests, management and billing/collections responsibilities and attendant fee income, in OSCs located in two prime Southern California locations:
