With over one hundred years of combined management team experience in the medical industry, having only started operations in 2003 and with multiple locations, ASC is rapidly becoming a leading provider of Upright MRI services to patients. The Company operates its OSC's with physician partners providing the patient with a more aesthetically pleasing and friendly environment than hospitals and affording insurers who seek cost efficiency.

The Company has a talented and effective management team led by Mr. Solodko. Along with Mr. Feitser's assistance, Mr. Solodko has grown the Company from a startup in 2003 to where it is today with 5 Upright Imaging locations and two OSC's.

Peter Solodko

President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Solodko founded the company in 2003 and has been employed by Ambulatory Services Corporation since that time. It was his inspiration and vision that have resulted in the addition of Desert MRI, Northridge Surgery Center, Seattle MRI, Boise MRI, and Colorado MRI in addition to the original MRI and Surgery Center locations in San Bernardino.

Nikolay Feitser

Senior Executive Vice President

Along with Mr. Solodko, Mr. Feitser formed the company in 2003 and was instrumental in its growth and in capitalizing each of the LLC's. Mr. Feitser is a real estate developer and licensed general contractor and, with his construction experience, has provided the company with construction oversight and further in improvements of all existing locations.

Marilyn Radakovic

Executive Vice President of Operations

Mrs. Radakovic has been with the Company since 2003 and currently oversees all of the operations, administration and management of the Company's Surgery Center Division. From 1986-1990 Mrs. Radakovic served as Surgical Services Director for Doctor's Hospital a 220 bed hospital in Miami, Florida where she was administrator of the Six (6) procedure room Operating Area.

Thomas W. Kerl, CPA

Interim Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Kerl is a Certified Public Accountant currently licensed by the
California State Board of Accountancy. He is currently a member of the
California and New Mexico Societies of CPA's and a prior member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' SEC and Private
Companies Practice Sections.

Carolyn C. Morreale

Vice President of Surgery Center Division

Mrs. Morreale has been with the Company since 2005 and currently oversees the Hallmark’s Surgery Division. Mrs. Morreale is responsible for the start-up and present growth of our Northridge facility. Mrs. Morreale has over 27 years of experience in Ambulatory Outpatient facilities. Since 1979 Mrs. Morreale has served as a Regional Administrator for Ambulatory Surgical Centers in California and from 1999-2005 she has also served as a Regional Administrator for Nations Surgery Centers in California.

James M. Powell, Esq.

General Counsel

Mr. Powell has been licensed with the State Bar of California since 1993, and graduated cum laud from California Western School of Law. Before joining ASC, Mr. Powell practiced ten years in the Personal Injury field, the last three and one half years as partner with Professional Lawyers Group, a high volume personal injury firm located in San Bernardino, California.
