Corporate History

ASC was incorporated in September 2003 by Mr. Solodko and Mr. Feitser to own, operate, establish, market and manage Upright MRI and Outpatient Surgery Centers. Hallmark Surgical Center was the Company's first project opening in August 2003. Shortly thereafter, in October 2003, the Company opened Hallmark MRI. These two facilities are located in separate sections of the same medical building. The facility, known as Hallmark Medical Plaza, is located at 4130 North Hallmark Parkway in San Bernardino, California. The Company strongly believes that as future locations become available, and if the location(s) can accommodate both a surgery center and Upright MRI facility, the company would actively seek to pair the two businesses under one roof as this model has proven successful at the Company's San Bernardino location.
